“Laurence was organised, on-time and very knowledgeable. His program and exercises were well thought out and explained so that all staff who attended were clear on how to train up young people who may or may not have experience with weights training. The session was informative and appropriately paced with the Laurence providing a strong wealth of knowledge in the area of human physiology and practicability of working out in the gym.”
Team Coordinator, Health & Physical Education, Mundaring Christian College
“The quality of the strength and conditioning program delivered is exceptional. The gains the athletes are making in the gym and translating to the netball court on a Saturday. I would highly recommend other grassroots sporting clubs to get involved. Hamersley have members as young as 11 years benefiting from age appropriate strength and conditioning training.”
